Promotes, Welcomes New Hires Laytonsville, MD. - Ruppert Nurseries is pleased to announce that the company's continued growth has prompted the promotion and addition of several people to its production and administrative teams. Brendon Hunt, a one-year employee of the nursery, was recently promoted to Landscape Sales and Production Assistant. In this position, Hunt participates in the sales and estimating processes of landscape installation projects and is in charge of contract administration and plant purchasing. He lives in Dickerson, Maryland. E. Brook Lee, IV has joined the staff as Landscape Production Manager. A 16-year industry veteran, Lee is in charge of the production and management of all landscape installation projects. He also takes responsibility for personnel management and training, quality control assurance, and customer service. Lee resides in Mt. Airy, Maryland. Milli Parker has been hired as the nursery's Staff Accountant. Her responsibilities include payroll and benefits coordination and handling accounts payable and receivable. Parker, who previously worked six years for another Ruppert company, lives with her family in Olney, Maryland. Tom DuBois, also a past Ruppert employee, is the most recent staff addition and serves as Landscape Foreman. With experience gained from several of the area's top commercial and residential contractors over the past decade, DuBois is responsible for the day-to-day landscape installations, including production, customer service and crew management. DuBois currently resides in Damascus, Maryland. Ruppert Nurseries is a 300-acre operation based in Montgomery County, Maryland. The wholesale nursery serves the east coast by providing high-quality, landscape-size shade, ornamental and evergreen trees, and performing landscape installation and tree transplant services.
