Ruppert Nurseries Welcomes Will Brown

Laytonsville, MD – Ruppert Nurseries is pleased to announce the addition of Will Brown as Safety and Loss Prevention Manager.

Brown, a Harrisburg, Pa. resident, began with the company in July. In his new role, he is responsible for developing, implementing and leading Ruppert’s safety and risk management program.

Brown brings with him several years of experience in safety and loss control. Prior to being hired by Ruppert, he worked as the Safety Director at J.D. Eckman, a heavy highway construction company in eastern Pennsylvania, and a Senior Loss Control Consultant for St. Paul Insurance and Safety Manager at CIANBRO, both in Baltimore, Md.  Brown holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and a Master’s Degree in Safety and Health from Marshall University. 

Ruppert Nurseries, Inc. provides commercial landscape installation and landscape management services in the mid-Atlantic and Atlanta regions and is also a 475-acre wholesale tree nursery in Montgomery County, Md.
