Ruppert Nurseries Welcomes Avery Shepherd

Laytonsville, MD – Ruppert Nurseries is pleased to announce the addition of Avery Shepherd as Estimator in our Virginia Landscape Installation Branch.

Shepherd, a Warrenton, Va., resident, began with the company in June of 2007.  In her role as Estimator, she is responsible for estimating direct costs for landscape management projects, specifications and site inspections including verifying all material costs, qualifying subcontractor quotations and calculating labor hours.

Shepherd, a graduate of Emory and Henry College, brings five years of industry experience working as a nursery manager.   

Ruppert Nurseries, Inc. provides commercial landscape installation and landscape management services in the mid-Atlantic and Atlanta regions and is also a 475-acre wholesale tree nursery in Montgomery County, Md.
