Ruppert Nurseries Welcomes Back Jay Long

Laytonsville, MD - Ruppert Nurseries is pleased to announce the return of Jay Long as director of organizational and people development.

Long (Silver Spring, MD) has been in the contracting industry for over 20 years and worked for Ruppert Brothers Construction and with Ruppert Landscape Company for over 15 years. His primary responsibilities include working closely with managers to provide them with the tools and assistance they need to train and develop their employees and to coordinate their recruiting efforts. Long holds a bachelor of science degree in biology from The George Washington University and a MBA from the University of Maryland.
